Ann Mosso

Past President

Ann Mosso joined the Child Advocates – Denver CASA Board in 2009, and acted as Treasurer for two years before becoming President of the Board in 2012. Ann is committed to Child Advocates because she believes in giving a voice to the abused and neglected children in our community. We give them the gift of hope, empowering them to see that their circumstances do not need to define them.

Ann is a collaborative, process-driven leader who partners with her clients to understand root cause issues that underlie business challenges – many of them people related – and then provides guidance, practical recommendations and coaching to drive initiatives forward. Ann has a deep passion for helping others drive change. She is continually inspired to lead teams to develop new ways to affect change through leadership and personal growth.

Ann is the Co-Founder and Principal of Empower2Evolve which was formed to help people see that working relationships don’t have to be a struggle. Her firm combines realistic tools and techniques with theoretical models to help their clients understand and eliminate the invisible barriers that sometimes exist in working relationships. Prior to starting Empower2Evolve, Ann was an Engagement Principal at CM Dietrich & Co., a management advisory services firm, the MD of Strategic Accounts for RGP, a professional services firm, AVP of Corporate Accounting at Great-West Life, and a Consultant at Resources Global assisting clients in various roles including acting VP of Finance and acting Controller.
