Our highly-trained Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Volunteers get to know each child and are by their side, advocating for their best interests in the courtroom and the community. CASA Volunteers make sure each child’s individual needs remain a priority in an overburdened child welfare system. They make sure the child is safe, has the shortest possible road to a permanent home and has the opportunity to thrive.

Your investment of $1,200 per year, or $100 per month provides a caring CASA Volunteer to advocate for the best interests of a young person in need. Donations of $250 or greater to be eligible for 50% Colorado Child Care Tax Credit

• For tax years 2016-2019, you will be able to claim 100% of the credits you have accrued from donations, regardless of whether you itemize deductions.
• The tax credit is limited to donations up to $200,000 annually or Colorado income tax liability, whichever is less. Any unused credits may be carried forward for up to five years.
• In-kind contribution, including stock, property or any non-monetary donations are not eligible.
