Melanie Griffin

Melanie is a longtime CASA volunteer and expert advocate on behalf of children in Denver’s foster system. Melanie has been a CASA volunteer for over five years and a Peer Coordinator for three years. Prior to working with CASA, Melanie had a career working in elementary-aged education. She is originally from St. Louis, having moved to Colorado about five and a half years ago. Currently, Melanie resides in Castle Rock with her husband, Mike. Melanie and Mike enjoy hiking and kayaking, and in the summer, you can find them camping with our chocolate lab, Charlie Brown.

Melanie looks forward to bringing her passion for children and their welfare from her years working in elementary schools.
