How Do I Apply for a Matching Gift?

Request a matching gift form and program guidelines from your human resources department.
Complete the employee section of the form and send it to Child Advocates – Denver CASA with your donation. If you have made your contribution online, simply complete the form and mail to: 1325 S. Colorado Blvd. Ste. B402 Denver, CO 80222.
We will complete the form and forward it to your employer’s matching gifts office for processing. The company will send its matching donation directly to Child Advocates – Denver CASA.

Participate in your company’s employee giving campaign to leverage the link between your professional life and your commitment to Child Advocates – Denver CASA. Many companies even match employee donations dollar-for-dollar, meaning your donation of $45 per month can be worth more than $1,000 each year.

Federal employees and military personnel can look for us in the Combined Federal Campaign booklet under “Child Advocates-Denver CASA.” Designate Child Advocates-Denver CASA for contributions to the Combined Federal Campaign by checking #32108 on the enrollment form.
